Snow in the Forecast

As of December 9th, central Iowa has still seen no accumulation of snow; the only snowfall Des Moines and its surrounding areas have gotten is a few hours of flurries. All of this might finally be changing this weekend; the predicted forecast for Saturday is SNOW! While the meteorologists are not predicting a significant amount of snowfall during the day, it is still snow. It has seemed like a pretty easy-going winter thus far, but it might all be changing very soon. Stay tuned for more weather information and more information about the winter equipment you need to battle these winter storms.
