PLOW BLADE CONSTRUCTION
The MVP 3™ flared v-plow blades soar from a 31" center height up to a full 39" at the outer edge on the 9'6" models.

The MVP 3 v-plow is available in 14-gauge powder-coated and stainless steel in 7'6", 8'6", and 9'6" widths. It is also available in 1/4" high-density polyethylene in 8'6" and 9'6" widths.

All MVP 3 models feature a clean-scraping 70-degree attack angle and come with a standard high carbon steel cutting edge to reduce wear and extend the life of the blade.

DOUBLE-ACTING CYLINDERS
As a standard feature on the MVP 3™, UltraLock double-acting cylinders allow the operator to use the v-plow in straight blade mode by locking the wings together instead of having to toggle each wing independently.
The double-acting cylinders also hold the wings firmly in place for clean, efficient back dragging.

Constructed of abrasion-resistant material and designed to fit tight to the blade, these curb guards protect the outer edge of the plow from wear when plowing along sidewalks and curbs.

STRUCTURAL REINFORCEMENT
Six vertical ribs on the 7'6" models and eight on the 8'6" and 9'6" models, combined with the exclusive WESTERN® POWER BAR, provide exceptional torsional strength and rigidity to eliminate blade twisting.

The high-strength steel base channel provides extra support along the bottom of the plow blade.
​
At 1 1/4" diameter, heat-treated steel center pin resides within a three connection point hinge, keeping the wings tight for optimal performance.

TRIP PROTECTION
Each blade features independent trip-edge design with heavy-duty coil springs for protection when encountering bumps and obstacles. Whether in V, scoop, or straight blade configuration, the trip edge helps protect the plow, the truck, and the operator. Since only the edge trips, snow remains in front of the blade, so you can keep going without spilling the entire load of snow.

STEEL CENTER GAP COVER
For the cleanest pass in any position, the MVP 3™ v-plow has a snow control deflector over the center hinge to help prevent snow from being lost over the top.

The UltraMount® 2 system is designed for fast and easy installation and removal using a simple mechanical system. It features a robust one-piece design and is 100% compatible with UltraMount® system mounts and electrical platforms.

CONTROL OPTIONS
Choose between a CabCommand hand-held control with push buttons or a joystick control, based on operator preference. For efficient, precise and intuitive blade control while plowing, both controls feature power "on" and "float" LED lights, backlighting for night operation, and plug-in connector for easy removal.

Ensure a clean scrape, every time, when you back drag. Angled to maximize dragging, the WESTERN® back drag edge is constructed to be as rugged and durable as every other component of your plow. Easy to install and easy to use, a back drag edge is a key tool in any snowfighter's kit.

Go right up to the edge with bolt-on curb guards. Protect the outer edge of your snowplow from wear when plowing along sidewalks and curbs. Made of cast metal, each curb guard effectively protects the outer edge of the plow.
